DUI charges are now pending from an incident that happened at the end of March.
Authorities say on March 29 before 2 in the morning they were investigating a one-vehicle hit and run crash on Brookville Street in Hawthorne Borough. State Police in Clarion were able to find the suspect, a 54 year old man from Hawthorne, and arrested him for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Charges are now pending.
