A man from Punxsutawney will have his preliminary hearing on May 7 in front of Judge Mizerock for allegedly kicking police officers and spitting in the face of one of them.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 33 year old James Grove is facing several charges, including three counts of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault and three other charges for an incident that is said to have occurred in the Punxsutawney Borough on April 6.
Grove is free on $10K unsecured bail.
