State police say two passengers were possibly injured in a two-vehicle crash.
State Police in Clarion report the incident happened on April 5 around 9 in the morning along Route 208 outside of Shippenville, when 61 year old Mark Strandburg of Clarion was slowing down to make a right hand turn and 26 year old Christopher Stephens of Knox failed to stop on the wet roads and hit Strandburg from behind.
Both drivers were not injured; however, Standburg’s passengers, 56 year old Louann Strandburg of Warren and 18 year old Ceredwin Milford of Knox, were taken to Clarion Hospital to be evaluated for minor injuries.
Everybody was wearing seat belts, and Stephens was cited for driving too fast for the conditions of the road.
