The Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville, Punxsutawney, Clarion, and Lewis Run conducted a driving under the influence checkpoint on Friday in Forest County and found of the 32 vehicles they contacted, two DUI arrests were made, 12 traffic citations were issued and the remaining were giving warnings.

According to the State Police in Punxsutawney, an officer with the Fish and Boat Commission stopped a vehicle on SDA Camp Road in Banks Township, for a violation, where they found and seized an unregistered firearm, cash and marijuana from 23 year old Ty Berringer of Brookville.

We have scant details about a case of corruption of minors.
According to the Clarion Crime Unit, authorities are investigating a report of sexual abuse that was brought to the Clarion County Children and Youth Services, where the alleged victim is a 13 year old girl who reported being abused when she was three by a known man.
Police are continuing their investigation.
