A man from Newark, New Jersey was arrested after putting bags of garbage in a dumpster belonging to a convenience store in Clarion.
State Police say the incident happened on March 31 around 4 pm when 27 year old Faheem Haynes allegedly placed his trash bags on top of the dumpster. Through investigation his name and address were found and State Police learned a warrant for his arrest has been issued from NJ. Haynes was taken into custody, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail until extradition.
Charges were filed through the District Judge for arrest prior to requisition, theft of services and scattering rubbish.
