The State Police investigated a case of harassment in Limestone Township.
State Police in Clarion were called to the scene at Caldwell Road on April 3 around 5 in the morning for two individuals who subjected each other to unwanted physical contact. They found 20 year old Logan Parrish and 23 year old Nicole Beichner, both of Summerville, claiming to be the victim of the other; however, the two were cited for harassment in the District Court.
