ExploreClarion.com reports 68 year old Lance Albert Yarger, who is accused of sexually assaulting a child in Farmington Township, was sentenced by Judge James Arner for five second degree felony counts of aggravated indecent assault.
The published report says Yager will be a lifetime tier 3 sex offender and he’s in the Clarion County Jail until he’s transferred to a state prison.
