A 19 year old man has been charged with drug possession in Brookville.
Authorities say the incident happened at Memorial Park on April 3 around 1:30 in the morning when they noticed a vehicle and allegedly smelled marijuana.
After further investigation, the driver was charged with possession of a small amount of grass and hash oil and paraphernalia.

Someone vandalized the closed Bell Township Elementary School along Air Port Road near Punxsutawney.
According to the State Police, the owner Gerald Duffell of Punxsutawney said someone used spray paint on the building between March 17 and 20. The damage is estimated at $50.
