The DuBois City Police were conducting a traffic stop and allegedly discovered the driver was in possession of meth, heroin, marijuana, a gun and $3,000 in cash.
According to GantDaily.com, 40 year old Michael Robert Kelly and his passenger, 27 year old Alexandra Leighann Sheets, both of Luthersburg, were pulled over for a vehicle registration issue, when the authorities found the two were in possession of the controlled substances.
The published reports says Kelly is jailed on $500K bail, a preliminary hearing set for Friday and he’s facing several felony charges, including possession of firearm prohibited and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities. Sheets is charged with two misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She is also in jail on $5,000 bail with her preliminary hearing is also scheduled for Friday.
