A woman from Rimersburg is facing animal cruelty charges for allegedly neglecting to care for a horse.
ExploreClarion.com says the state police in Clarion filed charges of aggravated cruelty to animals, neglect of animals and cruelty to animals against 37 year old Heather Violia Chadwell on Friday.
According to the published report, Chadwell is scheduled for a preliminary arraignment this morning at 11:00 with Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller presiding.
