The Curwensville Borough Police had received information yesterday around 2:30 pm that a student at the Curwensville Area High School had allegedly made a statement to another student about harming the other student over a project. Another classmate had overheard the conversation and misunderstood the statements.
After further investigation, the student who made a threat of harm against the other student, and not at the school in general, was charged, and the school district applied punishment.
