A man from Jefferson County who allegedly assaulted a pregnant woman during domestic dispute will have a preliminary hearing next week.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com says 25-year-old Kyle Alan Batley of New Bethlehem is scheduled to be in front of MDJ Bazylak on April 2 on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
Batley is free on $20,000.00 unsecured bail.
