Two Brookville residents are facing preliminary hearings on charges related to a theft in Reynoldsville.
According to ExploreJeffersonpa.com, 36-year-old Derek B. Kuntz and 32-year-old Brittany E. Gibson, both of Brookville, are scheduled to stand for preliminary hearings in front of Magisterial District Judge Inzana this Wednesday, each facing charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
The published reports says this stems from an incident that happened back on December 20 at a Reynoldsville Laundromat on East Main Street in Reynoldsville to review footage on the camera system of a theft that occurred on December 19 and the footage is reported to show three individuals, later identified as Kuntz and Gibson, inside the laundromat, and 28 year old Zachary Loomis of DuBois, who waived similar charges on February 27.
The charges were transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
