We have scant details about three people who were charged with harassment.
On the night of March 14 around 8:30, PSP Clarion were investigating a report of a physical fight between four individuals on Fisher Road in Mill Creek Township. Authorities arrested and charged three men aged 23, 58 and 40, all from Strattanville, for harassing a 21 year old woman who is also of Strattanville.
The charges will be filed at the District Court.

A coupe of packages were allegedly stolen out of a mailbox in Clarion.
The State Police were investigating a case of packages being misplaced or not delivered to a mail box belonging to a 28 year old woman who lives on Second Avenue between the first and third of March; however, after further investigation it was determined the packages were stolen.
Authorities released no other information.

We have limited information about a van that caught on fire.
State Police in Clarion say the incident happened on March 18 around 4 in the morning when 45 yea old Scott Beichner of Shippenville was driving on Route 208 in Beaver Township and his vehicle caught on fire while in motion.
No one was injured and the fire was put out by the Knox Fire Department.
