A man from Shippenville who allegedly assaulted his parents now faces felony charges.
ExploreClarion.com cites the court documents that say six criminal charges, including aggravated assault and terroristic threats, were filed against 49 year old Keith Christopher Girvan yesterday. According to the published report, the criminal complaint states, around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Girvan assaulted his mother and father on Oakwood Lane in Paint Township, Clarion County.
Girvan was arraigned and unable to post $40K monetary bail, he is in the Clarion County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 2, with District Judge Schill presiding.
