
This past Saturday night two men were arrested while they were on Route 28 with illegal drugs in the vehicle.
According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, State Police said 37 year old Fabian Fitzroy Douglas of Penn Hills and 42 year old James Pierre Louis of Pittsburgh had more than a half-ounce of cocaine and more than a pound of marijuana when they were pulled over at about 9:15 p.m. in South Buffalo.
According to a criminal complaint, the men planned to sell the drugs to people in New Bethlehem, Clarion County.
Both men cannot post bond and remain in the Armstrong County Jail. They are charged with numerous drug offenses. Douglas is being held on $40,000 bond and Louis on $10,000 bond, according to online court records.
