The Sandy Township Police have filed charges against the man involved in a standoff near DuBois earlier this month.
WTAJ reports 27-year-old Kevin Alexander Kear faces several misdemeanor charges, including simple assault, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct, relating to a standoff on Oklahoma-Salem Road that lasted more than five hours on March 6 around 2:30 in the afternoon.
According to WTAJ, Kear is in the Clearfield County Jail. His preliminary hearing is set for Friday, March 22.
