The man from Falls Creek who is accused of choking a woman waived his hearing on Tuesday.
According to ExploreJefferson.com, 38 year old Nicholas Antonio Bibbs waived his preliminary hearing for the charges of strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, and they have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Bibbs is free on $10K unsecured bail.
