A domestic dispute between to juveniles led to a petition being filed against one of them.
This incident happened yesterday afternoon around 4 when the State Police in Indiana were called to the scene along the Route 210 highway in South Mahoning Township, where a verbal argument turned physical. A 14 year old female allegedly bit a 16 year old female on her arm.
Police say the victim had a bite mark on her arm, and a juvenile petition was filled through the Indiana County Court.
