Two former residents of DuBois, Pennsylvania, have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of conspiracy and mail theft.
According to the indictment, from February through March of 2016, 26 year old David E. Moore Jr, and 25 year old Joshua J. Frantz stole mail from mail containers at an apartment complex in the DuBois area.
The maximum sentence is 10 years in prison, or $500,000, or both. Under the federal sentencing guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.
