A man from DuBois has been charged for allegedly assaulting a mentally disabled woman in a care home.
WTAJ cites the affidavit, which says 48 year old Daniel Smith was fired for making inappropriate comments about the victim at Winfall Homes. According to the online report, it was December 9th when the victim revealed what Smith did to her, saying “bad man touch me there.”
Smith confessed to the police and he was charged with misdemeanor indecent assault.
