
Ten charges were waived for a man from Rimersburg.
ExploreClarion.com reports 30-year-old Steven Ray Johnston is accused of breaking down a house door, punching a man and threatening to shoot him. The published report cites the court document charges, including burglary, criminal trespass, terroristic threats and seven other charges that have been transferred to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas.
Johnston is free on surety posted by a professional bondsman.

Three people were arrested for buying supplies to make meth.
According to ExploreJefferson.com, 53 year old Marlene Kepple of Emlenton, 46 year old Gary McGinnis of Parker, and 39 year old Kelly Adkins of Brookville are facing charges in the case that stem from an investigation by CNET. The published reports says McGinnis was arraigned on February 13 at 2:00 p.m. on four charges, including operating a methamphetamine lab.
McGinnis has a preliminary hearing on March 5th.

A man from Templeton was arrested for meth following a traffic stop.
On February 4th the Brookville Borough Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation along South White Street and following a search, police found numerous pipes and other packaging material for drugs. According to the borough police, the suspect a 24 year old man from Templeton was in possession of meth and he was taken into custody and lodged in the Jefferson County jail.
Charges were filed at Magistrate Bazylak’s office.

A truck and car crashed into each other head on in Clearfield County.
The State Police in Punxsutawney say the accident happened on Tuesday just before 4 pm, when 38 year old Robin Shomo of Mahaffey was going around a curve on State Route 36 near Five Points Road in Chest Township, Clearfield County when she crossed the yellow double line and crashed into a car driven by 54 Kennith McGinnis of New Florence.
McGinnis was transported to Miners Medical for treatment of minor injuries and Shomo was cited for not driving at a safe speed.

A tractor trailer lost its air brakes on Route 28.
The State Police in Punxsutawney say the incident happened yesterday afternoon shortly after 3 o’clock on route 28 just south of Seneca Trail Rose township of Jefferson county, when a semi-trailer lost its air breaks going down hill and hit two PennDOT warning signs along the right berm.
According to investigators, the air break service line was disconnected and the driver was able to stop by ridding along the berm.
No one was injured and names were not released.

Items were allegedly stolen from a construction company in Conneaut Lake.
Investigators say the incident happened between February 7th and 11th , on Elm Street in Tionesta Borough, Forest County, when two tires, wheels and wheel spacers were allegedly taken off a trailer.
The State Police in Marienville are still investigating.
