The 54-year-old Strattanville man who was killed early Saturday in a single-vehicle crash in Highland Township that stemmed from a police pursuit has been identified.
According to explore clarion.com, Clarion County Coroner Dan Shingledecker identified the victim as Daniel Clover, who was pronounced dead at the scene on Miola Road shortly before 6 a.m. State police say the pursuit began after Clarion Borough police investigated a failure to yield.
A 58-year-old woman who was a passenger was injured. State police are leading the investigation, which remains active.
