A Reynoldsville man is facing felony drug charges after police say he used a fake pet food delivery to disguise a methamphetamine sale while on house arrest.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.com, Court documents allege 58-year-old James Warren Blake III instructed a confidential informant to pose as a delivery driver bringing cat and dog food to his Vo Tech Road home, where the informant allegedly exchanged $250 for 7.66 grams of methamphetamine and received $40 in change. Blake is charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance.
Blake remains in the Jefferson County Jail on $50,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Aug. 6.
