Pennsylvania State Police say four people declined medical treatment after a two-vehicle crash July 22 on Route 949 in Heath Township, Jefferson County.
Police say a Subaru Forester driven by a 48-year-old Sigel woman crossed the center line and struck a Chevrolet Traverse carrying a 46-year-old Longwood, Florida woman and two 12-year-old passengers. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage, and all occupants were evaluated at the scene but refused transport.
The crash remains under investigation.
