A Jefferson County judge has dismissed all charges against a Reynoldsville contractor accused of stealing gravel, gasoline and using Warsaw Township equipment without permission.
ExploreJeffersonpa.com is reporting that Court records show the case against 26-year-old Mark Fitzgerald was dismissed during a preliminary hearing Monday. Fitzgerald had faced misdemeanor theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charges stemming from allegations that he removed about 46 tons of township stone and improperly used township fuel while working as a contractor in 2025.
The case has been closed.
