A Jefferson County man is facing three felony charges for allegedly violating Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law registration requirements after a traffic stop in McKean County earlier this year, according to state police.
Investigators allege 33-year-old Allan Lee Mahan failed to report out-of-state work in North Carolina and changes in his employment as required. He also was cited for several traffic-related summary offenses.
The charges were refiled in Jefferson County, where Mahan lives, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 22.
