A second former administrator has filed a federal lawsuit against the Punxsutawney Area School District, alleging gender discrimination and a hostile work environment.
According to WJAC news, Former elementary principal Susan Nichols claims she was treated differently than a male administrator despite receiving positive performance evaluations and was forced to resign in June 2025. The lawsuit, filed Thursday, follows a similar federal complaint filed in April by former assistant principal Kelli Richardson.
The school district has not yet responded to either lawsuit.
