A Jefferson County husband and wife are facing assault-related charges after an alleged domestic dispute turned physical at their Winslow Township home on May 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com is reporting that Authorities charged 30-year-old Britton Paul Gilbert with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, while 25-year-old Stephanie Diane Gilbert was charged with simple assault and harassment. Police said both sustained injuries during the altercation and provided conflicting accounts of what occurred.
Each was released on $15,000 unsecured bail, and preliminary hearings are scheduled for June 22.
