A 20-year-old DuBois woman escaped injury after swerving off Interstate 80 to avoid a truck that merged into her lane, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The crash occurred Friday afternoon near mile marker 87.5 in Jefferson County when Caitlyn Bohensky, driving a 2013 Hyundai Sonata eastbound, steered into the center median and struck a tree after an unidentified truck moved into the passing lane. Police said Bohensky was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.
The truck continued on, and the incident remains under investigation.
