The City of DuBois honored Tony Volpe and Kolten Bojalad for rescuing a kayaker whose vessel capsized on Treasure Lake on April 28.
According to Gant news, City officials said the two men responded quickly to the emergency, using kayaks from a nearby property to reach and assist the victim to safety.
