Pennsylvania State Police reported two DUI arrests following a traffic stop May 1 on Wright Lane in Tionesta Township.
Troopers said they stopped a vehicle after observing a man allegedly driving with a suspended license. Investigators said that after the vehicle came to a stop, the accused switched seats with a passenger. Both individuals were subsequently arrested for DUI, according to police.
The original driver, a 48-year-old Rochester man, was also charged with marijuana possession.
