Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a tractor-trailer driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that knocked down a utility pole in Washington Township, Jefferson County.
According to Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois, the incident occurred around 4:08 p.m. May 2 on Church Street when the northbound vehicle struck a service power line, dislodging it from a residence and toppling a private pole into the roadway. The driver did not stop and continued toward Coal Glen Road. No injuries were reported.
