A 53-year-old Strattanville man is facing multiple charges, including terroristic threats and simple assault, after Pennsylvania State Police say a domestic dispute was captured on a home security camera.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com is reporting, authorities allege Luis Allen Miller III threatened to choke and kill a woman during an argument April 7 at a residence on Anthony Lane, then physically assaulted her, leaving visible injuries. According to a criminal complaint, Miller was later stopped on Interstate 80 and admitted to the altercation but disputed striking the woman.
Miller was arraigned the same day and released on $25,000 bail after posting bond, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 30.
