A 23-year-old Clarion man is facing felony charges after police say he fired a BB gun at a vehicle while two people were making a late-night food delivery.
ExploreClarion.Com is reporting that authorities allege Zachary A. Bishop shot from an apartment window, striking the truck’s windshield and fender and prompting the victims to flee out of fear. Officers later executed a search warrant at the residence, where they reported finding a BB gun, CO2 cartridges, and ammunition. Bishop was unable to post $25,000 bail and remains in the Clarion County Jail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 12.
