Police in Punxsutawney have charged a 29-year-old man with open lewdness after authorities say he was found engaging in inappropriate behavior while filming content for an adult website at a public park pavilion.
According to a criminal complaint, officers responded to a report at Harmon Field on Thursday afternoon, where a witness had observed and recorded the incident. Police said the man admitted to filming content and was taken into custody; he now faces a third-degree misdemeanor charge, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 7.
