A co-conspirator in a deadly 2019 apartment bombing in Clearfield County has again delayed his sentencing.
Kris Nevling, who was convicted last August for helping deliver the device that killed 34-year-old Shanna Carlson, was scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday but requested a postponement, alleging his attorneys were “working for the government.” A judge granted the delay as Nevling seeks new legal counsel, rescheduling sentencing for July 22—the same day co-defendant Clint Addleman, identified by prosecutors as the scheme’s mastermind, is set to be sentenced.
Both men were found guilty of conspiracy and possession of a destructive device.
