A two-vehicle crash in Sykesville Borough on March 13 resulted in no injuries and only minor damage, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Authorities said the incident occurred around 1:20 p.m. at the intersection of Sykes Street Extension and Sykes Street Alley when a 2020 Buick Encore entered the intersection after the driver’s foot slipped off the brake, striking a 2016 Subaru Forester traveling north at the posted speed limit.
Police reported minor front-end damage to the Buick and passenger-side damage to the Subaru, and no citations were issued.
