According to the latest data from AAA and GasBuddy, gasoline prices across the United States and Pennsylvania continue to climb.
The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded has jumped to $3.88, while Pennsylvania motorists are seeing a slightly lower statewide average of $3.82. Within the Commonwealth; Clarion County currently sits at $3.79, followed by Clearfield County at $3.76. Drivers in Indiana County are seeing an average of $3.65, while Jefferson County offers the most relief in the area with an average of $3.63 per gallon.
Analysts note that these spikes, the highest seen since late 2023, are being driven by a combination of seasonal demand and ongoing global market volatility.
