A pickup truck sustained disabling damage after mud and debris fell from a dump truck on State Route 322 in Jefferson County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Authorities said the incident occurred around 3:21 p.m. Feb. 23 east of O’Donnell Road when debris from a dark green dump truck struck a 2011 Toyota Tacoma driven by Ronald C. Button III, 28, of Mahaffey. Police said the truck was traveling west ahead of the pickup when the debris hit the vehicle’s front grille.
Button was not injured and was able to pull over safely before requesting a tow. The dump truck driver was not identified.
