Pennsylvania drivers continue to face higher costs than the national benchmark, as the state average holds steady at $3.11 per gallon. Jefferson County offers some relief with an average of $3.03, prices in Clarion and Indiana counties are trending slightly higher at $3.09 and $3.16, respectively.
Clearfield County currently rounds out the local averages at $3.17 per gallon, reflecting a volatile month for fuel costs as refineries begin their seasonal transition.
