A nonprofit retail outlet in Clearfield County will close later this month as its lease comes to an end.
The DuBois Habitat for Humanity ReStore, located in the DuBois Mall, is scheduled to shut down by the end of February, according to board president and Clearfield County Commissioner Dave Glass. Glass said the decision was made by mall management as part of a change in direction and was not related to unpaid rent.
Volunteers are selling remaining inventory to clear the space, while Habitat for Humanity of Clearfield County plans to reorganize operations and continue its mission elsewhere in the county.
