A Clarion woman was uninjured after losing control of her vehicle on an icy stretch of Interstate 80 in Jefferson County on Wednesday morning, state police said.
Troopers from PSP DuBois reported the crash occurred around 9:18 a.m. in Washington Township when the driver’s car slid off the roadway, entered a ditch and struck a guardrail before coming to rest in the right lane.
The vehicle sustained heavy front-end damage and was towed from the scene. The driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash
