A 32-year-old homeless Jefferson County man has been charged with multiple burglaries and thefts tied to a string of 2021 incidents after state police said he admitted the crimes were committed during multi-day methamphetamine binges.
ExploreJeffersonPa.COm reports, Authorities allege stolen property recovered from a truck and a relative’s property linked Steven Allen Frampton to several break-ins across the county, including thefts from garages, sheds and porches.
Charges were filed Jan. 9, 2026, after Frampton evaded capture for nearly five years, according to court records.
