This afternoon at 1 o’clock Damien Ditz will be sentenced at the Clarion County Court House for the murder of Katrina Seaburn, back in March 2017.
Judge Arner could give Ditz up to 40 years in state prison, according to the Clarion County District Attorney, which is the maximum sentence on a third-degree murder conviction.
