A BB gun was allegedly used during a domestic altercation. State Police in Indiana say the incident occurred yesterday morning around 11 on Climax Road in West Wheatfield Township, Indiana County when 31 year old Allen Palmer allegedly fired several rounds from a BB gun at the head and body of a 24 year old woman, both from New Florence.
According to authorities, the victim had minor to moderate injuries, and Palmer was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Palmer was arraigned and taken to Indiana County Jail in Lieu of $10,000 bail.
