A Jefferson County man convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl was sentenced to six to 15 years in state prison.
ExploreJeffersonPa.com reports, 44 year-old, Michael Anthony Sest, formerly of Big Run, pleaded nolo contendere to three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault and one count of corruption of minors, with sentences to run concurrently. Prosecutors dropped dozens of additional charges as part of the plea agreement. Sest is incarcerated at SCI Camp Hill.
In a related case, 38 year-old, Melissa Marie Sest, pleaded nolo contendere to endangering the welfare of children and was sentenced to probation.
