An 85-year-old Parker woman was hospitalized with minor injuries after a one-vehicle crash in Monroe Township, Clarion County, last week, according to a report from the Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion.
The accident occurred on Monday, Dec. 8, at approximately 3:22 p.m. on State Route 68. Police said Harriet A. O’Neil was traveling south when she briefly looked away from the road while negotiating a curve, causing her 2022 Hyundai to strike an embankment and then a parked vehicle before coming to rest.
O’Neil, who complained of chest and back pain, was transported to Clarion Hospital by Southern Clarion County Ambulance Service. Sligo Fire Rescue and Clarion Fire & Hose Company No. 1 also assisted at the scene.
