A Clarion man has been charged with misdemeanor open lewdness after a neighbor reported seeing him touching himself in front of his apartment window on Oct. 19.
According to ExploreClarion.com a witness told officers the man stood at the window with his underwear around his knees, though the witness did not see his genitals.
The suspect, identified as 73-year-old James Croyle, denied the allegation when contacted by Clarion Borough Police.
