The Clarion Borough Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered person, 44-year-old Jeffery S. McClelland. McClelland, a white, non-Hispanic male who lives in Clarion, was reported missing on November 19.
Authorities ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Detective Roger Wright or the department at 814-226-9140.
